I help clients 18 years old and up meet and exceed their singing goals - from in the car with no embarrassment to performing or recording - with my 4 corner approach:

• Recalibration of your Self with your Spirit

Vocal coaching is offered in 4 ways:

1. Private or small group coaching for singing

2. Songwriting coaching

3. Band “Tune Ups”

4. Performance coaching

Private coaching is by the hour, and monthly packages are available.

SoulFari

SoulFari is a tactile 1-hour class where we sing and shake free the stresses of life so we can show up as our best selves in all we do.

Life is busy! And we forget to be our own Best Friends because:

• we’re too busy to hear our thoughts and feelings all the way out

• we’re of a certain age now and need to grow up. It’s time to dive into all that we are expected to do and we’ll make time for fun when it’s done.

• we’re just not one of those creative people. We know it, we’ve been told so.

This class is built on the fact that we need to move, sing, listen and communicate with ourselves to be able to do so with others - especially people we love and responsibilities of the biggest importance.

Join me and other like-minded women once a week to have fun while we gently - yet profoundly - dance, sing, and meditate into reconnection, ease and joy.

I’m sure you’ve heard the old adage - you can’t give what you don’t have.

Your people can’t do their part to create, communicate, and promote your brain baby if the don’t take the time to do so with themselves.

The better we are at listening and communicating with ourselves, the better we will be at doing so with others. The more we can understand how we think in and out of the box, the more we can relate to how others, with seemingly different communication styles communicate.

This results in an increase in productivity and a reduction in internal office concerns.
